¿Qué estoy reservando?
Una cápsula individual para una persona o una cápsula doble para una o dos personas, dentro de una habitación compartida mixta. Los baños y las zonas comunes son compartidos.
¿Cómo se reserva la doble y cuándo se cobran los 20 €?
Reserva inicial para 1 o 2 personas. El precio de la cápsula doble es el mismo para 1 o 2 personas al hacer la reserva. Indica desde el principio el número real de huéspedes.
Añadir una segunda persona después de reservar. Si tu reserva se confirmó para 1 persona y después deseas incorporar a otra, contacta con recepción antes de su llegada. Este cambio tiene un suplemento de 20 € por cada noche en la que se aloje la segunda persona. Si reservaste para 2 personas desde el principio, este suplemento no se aplica. Máximo 2 personas por cápsula; ambas deben estar registradas.
¿A qué hora puedo entrar y salir?
El check-in comienza a las 14:00. El check-out debe realizarse a las 11:00 o antes. Nuestra recepción está abierta las 24 horas.
¿El desayuno está incluido?
El desayuno no está incluido en el precio del alojamiento. Se sirve de 7:00 a 11:00. Puedes añadirlo al hacer la reserva o comprarlo directamente en el establecimiento.
¿Puedo dejar mi equipaje después del check-out?
El día de salida, la consigna es gratuita hasta las 15:00. Por 5 € por pieza de equipaje puedes ampliarla hasta las 00:00 (medianoche) y recogerlo en cualquier momento antes de esa hora. La consigna no prolonga el uso de la cápsula.
¿Qué ocurre si necesito cancelar?
En la tarifa estándar, la cancelación es gratuita con más de 7 días de antelación a la llegada. Con 7 días o menos y más de 3 días, se cobra el 50 % del importe total. Con 3 días o menos, se cobra el 100 %. Consulta las condiciones de la tarifa antes de confirmar.

What am I booking?
A single capsule for one guest or a double capsule for one or two guests, inside a mixed shared room. Bathrooms and common areas are shared.
How do double-capsule bookings and the €20 supplement work?
Initial booking for 1 or 2 guests. The double capsule price is the same for 1 or 2 guests when you make your booking. Enter the correct number of guests from the start.
Adding a second guest after booking. If your booking was confirmed for 1 guest and you later wish to add another, contact reception before their arrival. This change costs €20 for each night the second guest stays. This supplement does not apply if you originally booked for 2 guests. Maximum 2 guests per capsule; both must be registered.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. It is served from 7 am to 11 am. You can add it when booking or buy it at the hostel.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
On your departure day, luggage storage is free until 3 pm. For €5 per item of luggage, you can extend storage until midnight (00:00) and collect it at any time before then. Luggage storage does not extend use of the capsule.
What if I need to cancel?
For the standard rate, cancellation is free more than 7 days before arrival. With 7 days or less and more than 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total is charged. With 3 days or less, 100% is charged. Check the rate conditions before confirming.
