At Oxygen Hostel the essentials come included: free WiFi throughout the building, a reception open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, security lockers with contactless card and capsules equipped for real rest. In the morning, have breakfast at the hostel from 7:00 to 11:00 before heading out to explore Madrid.

Luggage Storage Policy
1. Storage service. Luggage storage is free until 3:00 pm on your check-out day. After that time it costs €5 per item, covering storage until 7:00 am the following day.
2. Maximum period: 15 calendar days. Storage is a courtesy service linked to your stay, not long-term storage. By leaving your luggage you expressly accept these conditions (deposit agreement, Arts. 1758 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Code).
3. Notifications. Before the deadline we will try to contact you at least twice in writing (phone, WhatsApp or email from your booking), informing you of the deadline and the consequences of not replying. Notices are kept on record.
4. Abandoned luggage. After 15 days without collection or reply, luggage is considered abandoned (Art. 460 of the Spanish Civil Code): we will file a report with the Police; valuables, money or documents will be handed over to the Police (Art. 615); the remaining contents will be donated to charity or disposed of for safety, hygiene and health reasons.
5. Perishables. Food and perishable items are disposed of after 24 hours, without prior notice.
6. Liability. Once the deadline, notices and police report are completed, Oxygen Hostel is released from all liability (Arts. 1766 and 1783-1784 of the Spanish Civil Code). Please do not leave valuables, money, essential medication or documents in storage.
7. Acceptance. Using the storage service implies full acceptance of this policy.
